Vendor Applications must be received by June 20, 2012

If you would like a Food or Arts and Crafts Vendor Form emailed  or mailed to you, please complete the form below.

Booth spaces are 15' x 15'.  If you need a larger space, an additional cost of $10 for each additional 5 fee is charged.

Arts and Crafts Booth Fees:

Booth spaces without electricity are $45.00 (Non-refundable) before June 1^st, $60 June 1^st – 15^thand $75 June 16^th – 20^th

Booth spaces with electricity* are $60.00 (Non-refundable) before June 1^st, $75 June 1^st – 15^thand $100 June 16^th – 20^th

   *Electricity is available only in some Arts and Crafts Booths - first come, first served.  Sorry, water hoodups are not available to Arts and Crafts booths.  Water is available on ASU Campus.

If you are not self-contained, you will need a tent.  Spaces are in the grass.  Tents must be secured to the ground.

You will need to bring your own tables, chairs, tents, etc. 

Setup is Friday night 4-7:00 PM or Saturday 8-9:00 AM.  Gates open at 9:00 AM.  Athens State University Police provide security.
